Core Responsibilities:
Address resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records, time and receipts of completed work and materials used.
Troubleshoot and repair general maintenance issues
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce the likelihood of future issues.
Handle light plumbing repairs ( leaks, clogged drains, disposal repair/replacement etc.).
Minor electrical repairs (replacing light fixtures, outlets, switches).
Appliance repair and installation (dishwashers, cooking ranges, washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc.)
Perform routine property inspections and identify areas in need of maintenance or repair.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless maintenance experience for residents.
Make readies
Keep company equipment secure and in good working condition
Requirements:
Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work.
Previous make-ready experience preferred
Reliable transportation, some travel required.
Experience with HVAC is preferred but not required
Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures, etc.)
Plumbing (includes water lines, drains, leaks, disposals, etc.)
Looking to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
