Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to maximize customer engagement and market penetration.
- Train team members on consultative selling techniques, CRM software, and sales automation technologies to enhance performance.
- Oversee outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings to ensure high motivation and skill development.
- Maintain excellent client communication skills to build trust and close deals effectively while ensuring top-tier customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical or technology sales with a strong background in B2B (business-to-business) environments.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, deal closing, and business development activities.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce Cloud or similar platforms; proficiency in sales automation technologies is preferred.
- Previous experience managing or leading a sales team in a call center or telemarketing setting is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English; experience with consultative selling approaches is advantageous.
- Business development experience coupled with marketing knowledge to support outreach strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring proactive outreach via phone communication and client engagement strategies.
