Casa Pacifica Women is a transitional recovery residence for women that has been committed to supporting healing, personal growth, and long-term recovery for almost 20 years. Our mission is to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where women can rebuild their lives through accountability, community, guidance, and compassionate support.
We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, emotionally mature Female House Manager who can balance empathy with strong boundaries and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping women transform their lives and understands the importance of structure, encouragement, accountability, and community in recovery.
The House Manager will provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of the home while fostering a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented environment for residents. This individual will work closely with Executive Management to ensure the home operates smoothly and residents receive the support needed to succeed in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Leadership & Support
- Provide daily leadership, encouragement, and accountability to residents
- Foster a supportive, respectful, and recovery-focused living environment
- Encourage personal growth, healthy routines, responsibility, and positive life skills
- Model professionalism, emotional maturity, healthy boundaries, and recovery-centered living
House Operations
- Uphold and consistently enforce house policies, expectations, and community standards
- Support a structured, safe, and positive household environment
- Prepare admission packets and assist with onboarding new residents
- Conduct random drug screenings and nightly breathalyzer testing in accordance with house policies
- Facilitate bi-weekly house dinners/meetings, including assigning household responsibilities, discussing schedules, recovery meeting attendance, and supporting community connection
Resident Coordination & Transportation
- Coordinate and/or assist with transportation to recovery meetings, medical appointments, and other necessary activities, as appropriate.
- Help residents maintain accountability with appointments, schedules, and responsibilities
Team Collaboration
- Maintain regular communication with Executive Management regarding resident progress, concerns, housing needs, and opportunities for continued improvement
- Participate in problem-solving and contribute ideas that support resident success and operational excellence
Community Culture
- Foster a warm, respectful, uplifting environment where healing, accountability, and connection can thrive
- Help create a home atmosphere that values recovery, personal growth, responsibility, and moments of joy and fun
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of continuous sobriety preferred; candidates must demonstrate stable recovery and emotional maturity. (Depending on the person- this is flexible.)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish healthy boundaries while leading with compassion and accountability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Honest, dependable, flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with a variety of individuals
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current automobile insurance required
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Experience
Experience in recovery support, sober living environments, peer mentorship, women’s support services, case management, or related caregiving and leadership roles is strongly preferred.
