Duties
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities and assisting with interview scheduling.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed, informed, and integrated seamlessly into the organization.
- Assist with employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and manage personnel administration records using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like Workday or ADP.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA requirements, workers' compensation policies, and other legal frameworks.
- Collaborate on project management activities related to organization design, succession planning, and workforce management initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while communicating effectively across departments to support employee relations and conflict management efforts.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and human resources management best practices.
- Proven experience in change management, strategic planning, and organizational design.
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies, recruiting tools (such as iCIMS or Lever), and employment law compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally; experience in conflict management is a plus.
- Familiarity with payroll processing systems such as ADP or Paychex; understanding of benefits administration processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; experience with project management tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and employment & labor law compliance requirements.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions such as data collection, contracts management, social media management for recruitment campaigns, and day-to-day personnel administration.
