Hunter/Jumper or Eventing Instructor Wanted

Red Fern Riding Center is looking for a Hunter/Jumper or Eventing-focused instructor to join our team at Shelby Trails Horse Park in Simpsonville, KY.
We have 20 current students ready to transition to a new instructor and another 10 riders on our waitlist, giving you immediate income potential from day one. Most of our riders are beginners, including both children and adults, with opportunities to develop students through our lesson program.
You'll teach primarily up-down lessons, beginner riding fundamentals, horsemanship, and safe horse handling, while helping interested riders progress into Hunter/Jumper or Eventing disciplines. We have lesson horses available, indoor and outdoor arenas, 25 miles of trails, and an on-site cross-country course.
This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based pay. We provide the horses, facilities, marketing support, and existing client base so you can focus on teaching and growing your program.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in Hunter/Jumper, Eventing, Dressage, or Show Jumping
- Enjoys teaching beginner riders
- Has strong communication skills
- Is safety-focused and reliable
- Has weekend availability and some weekday availability
