Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism at the front desk or concierge station
- Receive, log, and securely store packages, ensuring accurate tracking and timely notification to recipients
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, or in person to inform residents about package arrivals or address inquiries
- Maintain organized records of all package transactions using Microsoft Office tools or designated software systems
- Assist with guest services by providing information about amenities, local attractions, or community events
- Coordinate with delivery personnel and internal teams to streamline package distribution processes
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving to enhance guest relations and overall experience
Requirements
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly preferred to serve diverse resident populations effectively
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, resort services, or restaurant environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with package management or concierge software systems
- Exceptional communication skills for client interaction via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality settings is advantageous
