Late Stage Collections Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site Only)

Compensation: $16/hour base + commissions/incentives (Target total: $25/hour)

About the Role
Club Esprit is a fast-growing travel club redefining how families vacation — and we're looking for a motivated Late Stage Collections Representative to join our team in Indianapolis.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of urgency, great communication skills, and a desire to negotiate and recover past-due balances while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Experience in collections or legal support is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do
- Contact and follow up with customers who are in late-stage delinquency
- Professionally negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, or next steps
- Review and explain account details, payment histories, and contract terms
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and resolutions
- Escalate unresolved accounts for further action as needed
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including finance and legal
- Adhere to all federal and state collections laws (FDCPA, etc.)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in collections, customer account resolution, or billing support preferred
- Paralegal or legal assistant background is a major plus
- Clear, confident, and respectful communication style
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and persuasive under pressure
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation
- Base Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Incentives & Commission Plan: Performance-based, targeting $25.00/hour total earnings

Work Environment

- Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday standard hours)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required
