As a Maintenance Team Member, you play a key role in keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and operating efficiently. Your work helps ensure that our guests and team members have a well-maintained and welcoming environment every day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and taking pride in maintaining the restaurant's appearance and functionality.
What You’ll Do

Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the restaurant

Keep dining areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, and the parking lot clean and organized

Perform routine maintenance and assist with basic repairs when needed

Support the team by maintaining a safe and well-organized environment
Key Responsibilities
The Maintenance Team Member’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Filtering fryer oil daily

Maintaining the outside grounds and parking lot

Cleaning equipment, stock rooms, restrooms, and inside/outside windows

Unloading delivery trucks (typically twice per week)

Taking out and disposing of trash and recycling

Changing light bulbs and replacing minor fixtures when needed

Cleaning HVAC and exhaust units and removing debris from the roof

Reporting equipment issues or maintenance needs to management

Supporting preventative maintenance tasks around the restaurant
