Mountain Valley Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
Compensation: $85,000–$125,000 per year + performance bonus opportunities
Mountain Valley Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This is a senior field position for an experienced HVAC professional who can handle difficult service calls, diagnose complex heating and cooling problems, support less-experienced technicians, and help lead the technical performance of our HVAC team.

For the right candidate, this position can develop into or include responsibilities as an HVAC Trade Lead.

-
Creates excellent customer experiences and earns 5-star reviews
-
Takes ownership rather than waiting for someone else to solve a problem
As one of the senior technical members of the team, you will be expected to provide leadership even when you are not someone's direct supervisor.
That means:
-
Being available when technicians need technical assistance
-
Coaching instead of simply fixing another technician's problem
-
Holding yourself and others to professional standards
-
Helping apprentices progress toward greater responsibility
-
Identifying recurring technical problems and helping us train them out of the organization
-
Setting the example for customer service, workmanship, appearance, communication, and productivity
$85,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience, technical ability, licensing, leadership responsibilities, and performance.
Additional performance-based compensation opportunities may be available under our Service Technician or Trade Lead bonus plan.
This position is a strong fit for an experienced HVAC technician who enjoys the trade but wants more responsibility and influence without leaving the field.
There is an opportunity to grow from:
Senior HVAC Technician Trade Lead HVAC Leadership / Operations Management
We are looking for someone who wants to help build a strong HVAC team—not simply run their own calls.
If you are an experienced technician who takes pride in solving difficult problems, helping other technicians improve, and delivering an outstanding customer experience, we would like to talk with you.
