Senior HVAC Engineer – Pharmaceutical Facility Branchburg, NJ

This is a day-shift opportunity offering the chance to workon mission-critical infrastructure that directly supports manufacturingexcellence, product quality, and regulatory compliance. The successfulcandidate will be a subject matter expert capable of independently drivingprojects, solving complex engineering challenges, and providing technicalleadership while remaining actively engaged in the field.

What You’ll Do:
- Install, repair, adjust, service, and maintain advancedelectric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation,air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Calibrate instruments, gauges, and control components.
- Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVACequipment to ensure proper operation of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations,and work safety.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and identify thebest course of action for equipment modifications.
- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, bettermethods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
- Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depthknowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertisein most or all areas within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others,often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point ofview.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project,or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided byfunctional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered. Prior shift manager or supervisoryexperience preferred.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role includingstooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyondexisting solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard andinnovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position$46.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position isor $54.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will alsobe eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
