Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is helpful but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with basic technology skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their questions regarding products or services, ensuring a positive experience
- Practice excellent phone etiquette while managing outbound calls to follow up or gather information
- Handle basic transactions and processing payments when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns appropriately
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and customer feedback for analysis and improvement
