About the Role
Concept Rehab is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall function while working with a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans

Provide skilled OT services

Collaborate with team, patients, and families

Supervise COTAs

Maintain documentation and participate in care planning
Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy

Current MI OT license (or eligible)

Strong communication and clinical skills
