The Red Bird is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashiers/Sandwich Makers to join our team. We are seeking energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preparing quality food, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards
- Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and food preparation areas
- Restock supplies and assist with daily operational tasks
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure a positive dining experience for every guest
- Work closely with team members during busy shifts
Requirements
- Previous cashier, sandwich maker, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Basic English required (Spanish is a plus)
