· Build and refresh standard utilization and financial reports using established templates.
· Create charts, tables, and written summaries for proposals, renewal packages, and internal updates.

· Support stop-loss RFQs by preparing submission materials and tracking carrier questions and responses.
· Maintain organized files, templates, and trackers for prospects, renewals, and submissions.
· Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to provide updates, clarify reporting needs, and meet deadlines.
Qualified candidates will typically have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred. Strong Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams skills are important, along with the ability to learn basic data analysis and reporting concepts. Experience with self-funded benefit plans, stop-loss insurance, or tools such as VBA, WLT, Benefit Focus, or Cedar Gate Analytics is a plus. Candidates should also demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, mathematical aptitude, organization, reliability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
