First Team Staffing is looking for a ROCK STAR to join our TEAM in Tampa, FL! We are looking for someone interested & MOTIVATED by the opportunity to GROW with our company.
Schedule:
Hours:
- Availability to work between 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls, outbound calls, outbound calls - 100+ calls per day
- Interviewing candidates
- Pitching jobs over the phone & in person
- Counseling employees on attendance, punctuality, hygiene, policy violations, etc.
- Building/maintaining relationships with companies/supervisors
Requirements:
- Experience providing optimal customer service / resolving issues
- Entry level phone/computer experience required
- Able to read and write in Spanish
- Valid driver's license
- Must be reliable, professional, upbeat, and motivated!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
