Dietary Assistant
At Evercare of Breese, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents, and we're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Assistant to join our team!
Duties:
Review, prepare, and serve meals in accordance with planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders, ensuring food and facilities are prepared and maintained in accordance with sanitary regulations
Ensure the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner, with attention to detail and quality
Prepare and deliver snacks and other designated items as instructed
Assist in preparation, cooking, and clean-up of meals and prep areas, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Qualifications:
Must possess patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, with the ability to work with residents at varying levels of maturity
Kitchen experience is preferred, but not required
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend
