Climbing Steps, Inc. is hiring an experienced B2B sales rep to build and grow our wholesale channel across three brands: Mobile Stairlift, Mobile Patient Lift, and VoltStair.
If you already sell durable medical equipment and know how to open new dealer, distributor, and wholesale accounts, this is a chance to get in early on a fast-growing channel, with uncapped commission and a real path to sales leadership.

What you'll do:
- Prospect, open, and close new dealer, distributor, and wholesale accounts in the DME space
- Grow existing accounts by expanding product mix, reorder volume, and loyalty
- Build relationships with buyers, purchasing managers, and decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and programs that win and keep accounts
- Own your full pipeline in HubSpot with disciplined follow-up and forecasting
- Re-engage dormant accounts and represent Climbing Steps at industry trade shows
What you bring:
- Experience selling Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or closely related products
- A proven track record opening new accounts and growing existing ones
- Strong consultative, relationship-driven selling and negotiation skills
- Comfort with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to your numbers
