Brause Folder Operator (1st Shift)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30.10 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Brause Folder Operator to join our production team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Brausse folding equipment to ensure high-quality finished products while meeting production goals and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Brausse folder machines according to job specifications
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality
Inspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and defects
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
Read and interpret job tickets, blueprints, and production schedules
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating Brausse
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret production documents and measurements
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
