We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Benefits Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist individuals in understanding their Medicare coverage options and guide them through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism.
This position focuses on building long-term client relationships while providing guidance on healthcare coverage solutions. Advisors receive training and support to develop expertise in Medicare programs and insurance services while building a professional client portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plan options
- Guide individuals through the Medicare enrollment process
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct client consultations by phone, virtual meetings, or in person
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines
- Stay informed about Medicare program updates and plan offerings
- Provide clear and professional communication when assisting clients
Qualifications
- Sales, customer service, or client advisory experience preferred
- Insurance license is a plus but not required to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Interest in healthcare programs and insurance services
