MARKETING COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST - ECR
Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist supports overall marketing strategies for the ECR business (USVI and British Virgin Islands). Responsibilities include developing cohesive marketing plans and analytics, managing creative revisions and compliance approvals, implementing integrated marketing initiatives, and conducting ongoing analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:

Manage and execute marketing initiatives and small projects (internal & external)

Work with the agencies for content/creative development for digital and traditional media. Ensure all creatives comply with applicable banking regulations, disclosure requirements and brand standards.

Support the planning, coordination and execution of community donations and sponsorship initiatives. Support the coordination of external events and community engagements to enhance visibility and brand positioning

Act as a marketing subject matter expert providing best practices, trends and recommendations to line of business managers

Provide support to Marketing Manager in the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and promotions to improve overall results
Maintain communication and collaboration with business units, supervisors, team members, agencies, and suppliers. -
Process paperwork, including compliance, legal, accounting and payables.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration is required and 1-2 years of marketing experience or the equivalent combination of Education and Experience needed to be able to perform the functions of this job.
