Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend vehicle and financing options
- Respond to internet and email inquiries promptly
- Complete Sliman’s and Stellantis certification training programs
- Achieve monthly sales goals and performance objectives
- Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service
- Uphold a polished and professional appearance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
