This role is the first step in our Management Trainee Program. The selected individual will receive hands-on training in Operations, Sales, and Deliveries as they progress toward a management position.
CRDN of Dallas specializes in cleaning and restoring textiles, electronics, and art following fire, flood, or mold damage. We seek a self-motivated, teachable, and energetic team player with excellent customer service skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead and manage the Field Team across all locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and consistent performance in all field activities.
- Conduct comprehensive training and onboarding for new field employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
- Travel to customers homes to pack out contents per insurance guidelines.
- Follows all correct procedures and guidelines per training protocols.
- Correctly prepares all paperwork for signatures
- Packing and moving experience needed.
- Re-hang window treatments, install electronic items and hang art work.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must have a clean background.
- Must have at least 3 year experience in related field.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands: Employee must be able to lift 40lbs and work in cold or hot conditions
Employee must have a clean driver’s license and be able to pass a drug and background check
