Our client, a furniture logistics warehouse, is looking to hire a Dispatcher for their location in Davie, FL. The dispatcher manages the flow of goods from factories to retail, online, and mail-order customers. Dispatchers in this context are not customer-facing but work behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations in distribution centers. The ideal candidate is required to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
The Day-to-Day:
- Complete and publish detailed reports, identifying discrepancies and tracking variances
- Review inventory and operational data, report root causes, and suggest improvements
- Notify relevant teams of inventory issues and provide updates via email
- Attend and sometimes help facilitate inventory meetings with the Operations team
- Hand off and action plans between shifts, ensuring continuity
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

- Monday to Friday
- 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- OT and some Saturdays
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
