We’re growing quickly and looking for an energetic, motivated Assistant Manager at our Plainfield location who wants more than just a job. If you’re competitive, hands-on, love leading a team, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-energy team
- Help oversee day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager
- Drive membership sales and help the team hit goals (and celebrate wins)
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience every day
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site
- Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly
- Complete reports and operational paperwork accurately and on time
- Create a positive, team-focused culture where hard work gets recognized
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience (service industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with customer service experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example
- Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
- Car wash experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to regularly lift 5–30 lbs
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
