The Door Assembler is responsible for assembling, joining, and creating high-quality products. This position may involve operating specialized equipment. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow precise measurements, and the capability to interpret blueprints or production specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Review schedule and read shop paperwork and follow assembly procedures as per specifications.
Trim and adjust materials to specified lengths, ensuring dimensional accuracy and squareness.
Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assembly tasks
Ensure the quality of the finished product aligns with company standards.
Inspect, measure, and test production to ensure they meet quality standards for strength and durability.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
May assist in other departments to support production.

Previous experience in assembly work required
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and blueprints.
Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and solve practical problems.
Capable of working independently and in a team environment

Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand and use hands for handling materials.
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
Specific vision abilities required, including close vision and depth perception.
Work Environment:
Exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock.
Frequently exposed to vibration.
Moderate noise level in the work environment.
