Qualifications
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with assembly line processes and manufacturing management practices.
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including manual handling procedures.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for mechanical assembly tasks.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing.
- Warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting.
