Payroll Administration: Overseeing and auditing biweekly payroll processing

Benefits Administration: Managing the coordination of annual benefits renewals (Health, Dental, 401k)

401k Management: Act as the primary contact for 401(k) vendors, ensuring timely employee deferrals, employer matches, and managing loan paperwork

Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with laws such as ACA, FMLA, and ERISA, and ensure accurate recordkeeping for audits

Employee Support: Act as the main point of contact for employees, guiding them through benefits options, answering payroll questions, and conducting Open Enrollment

Vendor Management: Communicate with brokers, insurance carriers, and thirdparty administrators

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Managing the recruitment and selection process.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Foster a positive working environment and company culture.

Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions and implementation of new HRIS systems.

Ensure the organization’s compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.

Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRMCP, or SHRMSCP) is preferred.

Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
