Carlitos Tequileria is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant located inside Palisades Center Mall. We take pride in delivering outstanding food, drinks, and genuine hospitality while creating a fun and professional work environment.
We're looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking Food Runners who can help keep service running smoothly and ensure our guests receive their food quickly, accurately, and with great presentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
- Verify table numbers, seat numbers, and food items before leaving the kitchen.
- Ensure dishes are delivered with proper presentation and necessary accompaniments.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized expo and service area.
- Respond quickly to guest and server requests.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help maintain a smooth flow of service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods and safely carry multiple plates.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
