Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Roofer to join our construction team. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace various roofing systems including flat roofs, metal roofs, and membrane roofing using hand tools and power tools.
- Follow all construction safety regulations, including the proper use of safety harnesses and personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all workplace safety standards and protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, or related construction work with a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and workplace safety regulations.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, tile laying tools, and other relevant fabrication or carpentry tools.
- Knowledge of construction safety harnesses and adherence to OSHA or local safety standards.
- Candidates should be knowledgeable of TPO and Torch roofing systems.
- Must have reliable transportation.
