Job Summary:
EXCELLENT guest service representatives are fun loving, career orientated individuals that have a passion for serving others. Provide EXCELLENT guest service to all Gadabout SalonSpas and VerVe Salons guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, salon tours, check in/check out, cash handling, promoting services and products, selling add on services, gift certificates and retail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate excellent guest service to enhance the salon/spa experience for the guest
- Save the date for guests and schedule appointments based on specific service time requirements
- Answer incoming calls using the professional greeting in a timely manner
- Utilize effective sales skills to communicate current and ongoing promotional programs, services, packages to guests by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of salon/spa offerings
- Support technicians by managing schedules, handling wait list, and accommodating guests.
- Constant focus on maintaining updated guest files
- Perform general duties as assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep work area organized at all times
- A love for fashion
Job Requirements:
- Reception desk, hospitality, retail, or guest service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent (English speaking) communication skills
- Maintain high professional standards of service, appearance and behavior
- Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills
- PC and Keyboarding skills
- Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously
- Available to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
