Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician with over 10 years of hands-on expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and mechanical systems across diverse property types. Your extensive field service experience will ensure that clients receive prompt, reliable, and high-quality service. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and boilers using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct mechanical maintenance on various systems within commercial or residential properties.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for repairs requiring metal fabrication.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders promptly, and communicate findings clearly to clients.
Skills
- Extensive construction knowledge combined with solid service technician experience in HVAC/R systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, boiler maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Field service expertise with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently across various property types.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
