TRAVEL RN – TELEMETRY | EASTON, MD 21601

- Position: Travel RN – Telemetry
- Contract: 16 Weeks
- Schedule: 4×12 Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Weekly Hours: 36 or 48 hours accepted
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
- Weekly Pay: $2,500–$3,000 (DOE)
Job Duties:
- Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric Telemetry patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize/manage dysrhythmias.
- Care for patients with ACS, CHF, MI, respiratory failure, pneumonia, and stroke.
- Manage telemetry monitoring and respond to cardiac emergencies.
- Administer medications, including cardiac drips and heparin protocols.
- Manage IVs, central lines, PICCs, chest tubes, and feeding tubes.
- Provide pre/post-cardiac cath and angiogram care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent Telemetry RN experience
- Active Maryland or Compact RN License
- BLS & ACLS – AHA
- NIHSS
- CPI certification required during onboarding
- Telemetry/PCU/Stepdown experience
- Comfortable floating within scope to lower-acuity units when needed
- First-time travelers accepted
