A-Level Automotive Technician Wanted – No Weekends. Strong Car Count. Professional Shop.

Welch’s Automotive is one of the fastest-growing independent repair shops in the Akron area, and we’re looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.
This is not an entry-level or apprentice position. We’re looking for an experienced technician who can confidently diagnose and repair vehicles independently, manage their workload, and consistently produce quality work.

We’re looking for an A-Level Technician who:
- Has several years of professional automotive repair experience
- Can independently diagnose moderate vehicle issues
- Has experience and is comfortable with major mechanical repairs and general automotive service
- Can efficiently diagnose suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and check-engine-light concerns
- Takes pride in accurate diagnostics and quality repairs
- Owns a professional toolbox and tools
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Shows up ready to work with a positive, professional attitude

And when it’s time to move your toolbox, we’ll pay for the relocation. No truck or trailer? No problem, we’ll arrange transportation for your tools.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
