Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of <PERSON>. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction and carpentry techniques, with hands-on experience in the restoration industry. This role requires proficiency in both residential and commercial projects, emphasizing quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and resource needs.
- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide work.
- Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as required by projects.
- Participate in fabrication processes for custom builds and installations.
- Conduct roofing, siding, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation with expertise.
- Manage water damage restoration projects including mold remediation and heavy lifting tasks.
- Oversee construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, masonry, and remodeling activities.
- Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the construction field with a focus on carpentry and restoration industry practices.
- Strong skills in woodworking, caulking, stucco application, metal stud framing, CNC operation, assembly techniques, and electrical work are preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials as needed throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
