We are seeking caring, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about helping children, teens, and adults build independence, confidence, and lifelong skills.
As an RBT, you’ll work alongside a supportive team of BCBAs, families, and community partners to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in homes, schools, community settings, and our boutique therapy center. We proudly serve clients ages 6 through adulthood, creating personalized, meaningful therapy experiences that grow with each individual. What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Implement evidence-based teaching strategies to increase communication, social, adaptive, vocational, and daily living skills.
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, feeding, hygiene, dressing, and independence skills when appropriate.
- Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during each therapy session.
- Utilize positive behavior support strategies to reduce challenging behaviors while teaching functional replacement skills.
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, teachers, caregivers, and other professionals to promote consistent progress across environments.
- Create engaging, motivating, and supportive learning experiences that encourage success and confidence.
- Maintain timely documentation while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in supervision, ongoing professional development, and team trainings to continue growing as a clinician.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain certification if applicable).
- Passion for working with individuals ages 6 through adulthood with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and flexible in a variety of environments.
- Experience with ABA, special education, childcare, behavioral health, or direct support is preferred but not required.
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered, and evidence-based practice.
