About Dream CLT
Dream CLT is looking for an experienced, motivated, and energetic Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We are seeking someone who thrives under pressure, has strong leadership skills, and understands how to create a great customer experience while keeping operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of management experience required
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Experience creating and managing employee schedules
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering
- Experience using Toast POS system required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused with excellent people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Hospitality, restaurant, lounge, or nightlife management experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations
- Manage and support staff performance
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed
- Utilize Toast POS system for operational management and reporting
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Assist with hiring, training, and team development
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Work closely with ownership to ensure business goals are met
