Position Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $40 - $52 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
Sign on bonus available

Qualifications for Occupational Therapist:
- Doctoral or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Occupational Therapist in Colorado (or ability to obtain licensure prior to starting).
Experience:
- We are currently accepting new graduates for this position.
- Excellent assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ability to document patient progress in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality patient care.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
