We are seeking qualified, faith-filled substitute teachers to join our team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have a heart for Christian education, the flexibility to step in when needed, and the ability to teach in a multi grade level classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher
- Create a positive, respectful, and spiritually supportive classroom environment
- Maintain classroom order and safety
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administrators
- Uphold the mission and values of our Christian faith-based school
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience working with children or in a classroom setting preferred
- Commitment to Christian values and lifestyle
- Ability to pass a background
- Flexible availability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching credential or relevant coursework in education
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
This is an on-call position. Substitute teachers will be contacted as needed based on school staffing needs.
