The ideal candidate for this position would have 1-2 years of cleaning experience, their own transportation, and their own supplies. Cleaners should have knowledge of what a standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out clean is. Along with the experience we are searching for, we want individuals that have a great attitude, good communication skills, and will do solid work!
If you have a criminal record it is not recommended to apply.
We can work with people that are relatively new to cleaning but will not tolerate bad communication, late start times and not putting in the best effort to help us exceed.
You will be a big representation for our company when meeting with clients so we expect you to complete all task to the best of your abilities and to treat all clients and their property with the upmost respect.
Experience is not required but hourly / pay rate is based on experience and can grow as you work with the company. Transportation is a MUST HAVE.

Cleaners are Required to have their own equipment / cleaning solutions such as but not limited to:
- Mop / Vacuum
- Duster
- Towels / Rags to wipe down surfaces
- Broom
- Cleaning solutions for all surfaces such as hardwood, tile, ect..
- Schedules are extremely flexible, you pick your availability and jobs will be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable.
- Execute specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation to ensure all areas are hygienic and well-maintained.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, furniture moving, and outdoor work with safety and efficiency.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols related to janitorial work, custodial procedures, and housekeeping management to prevent accidents or damage.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping roles.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and outdoor maintenance.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently while lifting heavy objects or performing outdoor work.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Experience with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service.
