Are you a compassionate Registered Medication Aide (RMA) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Join our dedicated team, where you'll be valued, supported, and empowered to provide exceptional care in a warm, resident-focused assisted living community.
- Safely administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
- Provide compassionate personal care, assistance, and support to residents while promoting their dignity and independence.
- Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the Registered Nurse, Wellness Director, or Supervisor.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure each resident receives personalized, high-quality care.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
- Current and valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach with an understanding of the aging process.
