Work Location: Hybrid- Must have ability to travel for occasional onsite visits for Bridges project.
Work Hours: M-F 8a-4:30p.m. eastern standard (must be able to work extended hours or cover on-call schedules
Responsibilities:
- Create and modify operational reporting for Finance and Revenue Cycle.
- Work closely with end users to define specifications, develop relations, and develop operational knowledge.
- Mentor peers and provider leadership to the team.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the team and end users.
- Own reporting content by business line (upgrades, new release, change management).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical requirements, visualization, and interactive reports.
- Create and maintain technical documentation. Document BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, technical specifications, and end-user documentation.
- Troubleshoot and debug BI solutions to ensure smooth operations and accurate data.
- Assist with Dashboard design and architecture and understanding data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights. Make recommendations based on needs / wants.
- Create and maintain and support all BI solutions (i.e., Data marts, dashboards and views) performance monitoring, measurement, forecast, and ongoing process improvement.
