Job Title: High School Physical Education Teacher & Athletic Director
Description: This is a STEM college preparatory, high school serving grades 9 through 12. HPW’s academic program is designed for students interested in pursuing four-year college degree programs. The school offers an extensive STEM, Honors, and Advanced Placement curriculum in support of this mission. Highland Prep West faculty is comprised of passionate, talented, and committed educators who nurture their students with quality instruction, academic support, and extra-curricular participation. This school is rapidly growing and expanding and is therefore seeking additional faculty members interested in contributing to the success of our learning community.
The Physical Education (PE) Teacher position will instruct students in PE, Weight Training, and Strength & Conditioning courses. Additionally, the PE teacher will serve as Athletic Director for the school, and Head Coaching for at least two varsity level athletic programs. Coaching certification courses and necessary training are provided by Highland Prep West.
