As Our Lead OT, You'll Have the Opportunity To:
- Supervise and mentor fellow occupational therapists and assistants.
- Help develop clinical programs and best practices.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new therapists.
- Collaborate with leadership on department growth and quality improvement.
- Help shape the culture and vision of our OT team and the clinic as a whole.
- Continue treating patients while making a broader impact across the clinic.
- Also evaluate and treat adult patients with neurological diagnoses if interested

- Supervise and mentor COTAs and new OTs.
- Provide clinical guidance and support.
- Participate in performance coaching.
- Assist with student fieldwork education.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
