Primary Purpose
Provide creative marketing support and exceptional customer service to Real Estate Agents while assisting with company marketing, recruiting, events, and technology. Must work well in team environment and be able to work independently. Ideal candidate should possess an outgoing, warm, and friendly demeanor.
Real Estate Agent Support
- Design listing flyers, postcards, brochures, and open house materials
- Create social media graphics and reels
- Assist agents with personal branding
- Help with Canva and marketing questions
- Update agent websites
- Assist with CRM questions and campaigns
- Print and prepare marketing materials
Company Marketing
- Create graphics for office events
- Design recruiting materials
- Manage company social media
- Assist with email campaigns
- Create newsletters
- Promote training classes and company events
Office Support
- Greet agents needing marketing assistance
- Coordinate with vendors
- Organize marketing resources
- Maintain template library
- Stay current on marketing trends and AI tools
This position is located in the REMAX Offices
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
