Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic Vice President of Operations & Special Events to lead our organization’s operational excellence and dynamic event initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of a diverse range of special events. You are responsible for running the operations for all of our Phoenix based events. You are in charge of every aspect of prep and execution for these events. You will work closely with our founder Mike, who will train you on the needs for our events.

Duties
- Maintaining healthy stock levels in the Tempe office for all events
- Working with Mike to hire/train hourly employees for events who will carry out the brand values
- Working events to continue maintaining our brand presence in Phoenix (includes weekends as needed)
- Prepping all events for each team member
- Traveling for key out of state events as needed (mainly summer time)
- Working marketing events such as open houses etc. as needed
Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant and serving or similar hospitality setting is preferred
- Outgoing and talkative experience with large groups preferred
- Any management experience is preferred
- Fast paced "go-getter" attitude
Education:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
