Paragon Stays is building a dependable network of independent cleaning professionals and small cleaning teams for short-term-rental turnovers in central Columbus. We are looking for both primary and backup coverage.
This is a project-based independent-contractor opportunity, not a guaranteed-hours position. Contractors tell us their availability, may accept or decline offered projects, may serve other clients, and are paid through Turno after completing each accepted project. Prior Turno experience is not required; we provide onboarding for the app and our property-specific completion requirements.
COMPENSATION
- Flat rates are designed around $25 per person-hour and are disclosed before each project is accepted.
- Property rates currently range from $62.50 to $200 per completed turnover.
- Most one- to three-bedroom projects pay $62.50–$125; larger or combined-unit projects pay $162.50–$200.
- Approved deep cleaning, excess-mess work, unusual laundry, supply runs, and emergency projects are paid separately.
- There are no guaranteed hours or minimum number of projects.
THE SERVICE OUTCOME
- Deliver a clean, staged, guest-ready property by the agreed deadline.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors.
- Complete on-site linen laundry, make beds, handle dishes and trash, and restock Paragon-provided guest consumables.
- Complete the Turno checklist and upload completion photos.
- Promptly report damage, missing items, excess mess, maintenance concerns, or anything that could block a guest-ready handoff.
WHAT YOU PROVIDE
- Professional residential, hospitality, or short-term-rental cleaning experience.
- Your own reliable transportation, smartphone, ordinary cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Active general liability insurance before the first property assignment.
- A completed W-9 and other normal independent-business documentation.
- Reliable communication and the ability to meet the completion deadline for each project you accept.
Most turnover service windows fall between guest checkout and check-in, commonly between approximately 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Weekend availability is valuable. Solo professionals and established teams are both welcome. Short-term-rental experience is preferred, but strong residential or hospitality cleaners who can learn the turnover workflow are encouraged to apply.
