GSOC Operator – Interr Security

Who We Are Looking For
Interr is seeking a highly detail-oriented GSOC Operator with strong communication, analytical thinking, and a true team-first mentality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in responding to real-time events, supporting our clients, and maintaining operational excellence.
Daily responsibilities include global event monitoring, camera and alarm oversight, internal and external communications, and responding to alerts across a variety of security systems and tools.
What You Will Work On
- Proactively monitor multiple screens displaying access control, video management, intrusion detection, and other security platforms.
- Acknowledge, assess, and prioritize all security alerts and intrusion alarms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Administer and troubleshoot security systems, ensuring full functionality and escalating issues to the appropriate teams.
- Dispatch security officers and relevant personnel according to established protocols and performance criteria.
- Accurately log all security events, actions taken, and outcomes in the incident management or reporting system.
- Answer inbound calls from employees, vendors, and security personnel with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Triage all incoming service and support calls, directing them to the appropriate team or individual.
What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in security, dispatch, call center, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain focus in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software and security platforms quickly.
- Strong sense of responsibility, sound judgment, and a proactive problem-solving mentality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays—as part of a 24/7 GSOC environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $17.50 – $19.50 per hour (based on experience)
