Position Details:

Qualifications:
- Current and valid Delaware SLP license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance procedures
- Ability to develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Create and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Monitor, track, and report on student outcomes and maintain precise records
- Participate in IEP meetings and actively contribute to student success planning
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultation services as appropriate
