The LDRPN Nurse plays a vital role in supporting patients and families through some of life’s most meaningful moments.
What You’ll Do
As a LDRPN Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, holistic nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to:

Assess patient and family needs

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes
-
Deliver safe, evidence-based care with strong clinical judgment
-
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
-
Foster a supportive, family-centered experience for every patient

Available Care Tracks
OB Track
Provide care for:
-
Laboring and antepartum patients
-
Postpartum couplet care
-
Cesarean section circulating responsibilities (within 6 months of hire)
Pediatric Track
Provide care for:
-
Neonatal patients
-
Postpartum couplet care
-
Pediatric patients
What We’re Looking For
Experience
-
1–2 years of experience as an OB Registered Nurse preferred
Education
-
Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing
Licensures & Certifications
-
Current Montana Registered Nurse license required
-
BLS certification required
OB Track Certifications
Required within 12 months of hire:
Additional requirements:
-
Basic Fetal Monitoring at 6 months
-
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring at 1 year
-
Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring every 2 years thereafter
Pediatric Track Certifications
Required within 12 months of hire:
