⭐ Operating Area
Work is assigned within a 15–20 mile radius of Canton, OH, including Massillon, North Canton, Perry Heights, and Jackson Township.
⭐ Responsibilities (Strictly Non‑Medical)
Caregivers referred through NorthStar Staffing provide non‑medical support only. Tasks may include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Mobility assistance and fall‑prevention support
- Transportation to errands or appointments
- Medication reminders only — no handling or administration
- Following client preferences and reporting concerns
⭐ Strict Non‑Medical Compliance Statement (For Your Protection)
Caregivers referred by NorthStar Staffing provide non‑medical support only. No medical, clinical, or skilled nursing tasks are required or permitted. This includes medication administration, wound care, injections, vitals monitoring, catheter/ostomy care, or any task requiring a medical license.
⭐ Requirements
- 1+ year caregiving experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check required
- CPR/First Aid a plus
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate

Part‑time, Full‑time, Contract, Temporary
Caregivers choose their own schedules and assignments.
⭐ Compensation
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Higher rates available for short‑notice, specialized, or high‑need cases.
